The Blue Collar Marketer
Pricing

One flat fee. Paid after it pays you.

No percentage of your ad spend, no cut of your jobs, no surprise line items — one flat monthly number, quoted on our first call. And you don't start paying it until the work has already made you about double it in profit. Here's the whole system.

  • One flat monthly fee
  • Not a percentage of anything
  • You hear it before I start
  • Paid only after you profit

What the work produced last month: 52 charged ad leads at $39.89 each, July 2026. See the dashboards →

One call. You hear the fee in plain terms — and what it has to earn you before you ever pay it.

Free. No contract. I text or call within one business day.

How the fee works.

  1. One flat number

The fee is a single flat monthly number. Not a percentage of your ad spend. Not a cut of your jobs. It doesn't grow when your month is good and it doesn't hide line items — the same number, every month.

  2. You hear it before I start

I quote the fee on our first call, in plain terms, before I do any work. No 'schedule a demo to unlock pricing' games — you'll have the number in the first conversation, and it goes in writing.

  3. It has to clearly beat your math

The fee isn't based on your numbers, but it does have to beat them. On the call we look at what a job pays you and how many calls turn into work — not to set the price, to make sure the plan puts well more in your pocket than the fee takes out. If I can't see that clearly, I say so and don't take the job.

  4. You pay only after you profit

Your first bill waits until the new jobs have put about double the monthly fee in your pocket. After that it's month to month, in advance — and any paid month where the new work didn't clear the fee gets refunded.

The rules that protect you

No money down

I build first. The first leads land while your invoice total is still zero — and if nothing lands, you owe nothing and keep what I built.

You profit first

Your first bill waits until the new jobs have paid you about double the monthly fee. The work proves itself before you pay for it — every time, on purpose.

Slow months refunded

Any paid month where the new work didn't clear the fee: say so, and that month's on me. The shared lead ledger is the referee, not my word.

No contract, ever

Month to month, and everything — ad account, listing, website, domain — lives in accounts you own. Fire me any month and you lose nothing.

Every rule above is written out in full on the guarantee page, with a last-updated date.

The money questions

Why isn't the number printed here?

Because I quote it on the first call, where I can walk you through what it covers and what it has to earn you first. What you can hold me to either way: it's one flat monthly number, not a percentage of your ad spend or your jobs, you hear it before I do any work, and it doesn't start until the work has paid you about double it.

When do I actually start paying?

After the work has already paid you. Your first bill waits until the new jobs have put about double the monthly fee in your pocket. From there it's month to month, in advance — and any slow month where the new work didn't clear the fee gets refunded.

What about the ad budget?

Separate from my fee, and it never touches my hands. With Local Services Ads you pay Google per lead — never per click — from your own account, and we set the budget cap together from how many jobs you can actually take.

What if I can't afford ads right now?

Then we don't run them. We start with the channels that cost setup work instead of ad money — your Google Business Profile and a website that ranks — and let the jobs they book pay for everything else. That's how the offer stays no-money-down.

The number is one call away.

Free, and it obligates you to nothing.
